Connie has spent years as Head of HR and Talent for a global investment bank and was head of FS recruiting for an international consulting company. She enjoys partnering with hiring managers to strategically determine their hiring sequence, from start-ups to Fortune 100s. 

One service she provides is consulting with new companies to help them understand their hiring needs, succession planning, and recruiting strategies. Connie is known to turn down a job if the role doesn't seem to be the next critical hire for a company and will offer feedback instead of passively taking the job.
